An adventure elopement

The Elopement

Instead of utilizing all of their coverage on one day, this couple chose to split up their coverage.

 The first half of the coverage went to their ceremony where they were able to have their families join them and watch their union.
It was a truly beautiful evening at Gar Woods in Lake Tahoe. The moon was out and sat just above their arch and we had a beautiful ceremony preformed by Carole Criddle. Afterwards, we all enjoyed a wonderful on-sight dinner while enjoying the views of the lake.

For the second half of their coverage, they wanted to go on one of their favorite hikes to Grouse Ridge. It required off-roading and a rather intense hike, but it was worth every second of the adventure. We were able to utilize the incredible views to commemorate their union and celebrate all of the adventures they have experienced so far together.

As we headed back to the car the most fiery sunset appeared. Although they had already changed back into their hiking clothes, we decided to snap a few more pictures and I think they may be my favorite.
