Sardine Lake Wedding

This couple chose to say their vows at one of their favorite fishing spots, Sardine Lake, as it holds a lot of sentimental value for them. I always think it's wonderful when couples are able to choose a venue that holds a special place in their heart, especially a place where they will return to time and time again. On top of having sentimental value, the views at Sardine Lake Resort are absolutely breathtaking. It boasts crystal blue waters and mountains framing the ceremony sight. 
After the ceremony we took portraits around the dock and in the adorable fishing boats and then headed down to Graeagle, California for the most beautiful reception in the woods. The couple strung fairly lights throughout the trees, a whole pig was roasted and the dogs even got to join in on the fun. As a bonus, we got to do a second round of portraits at sunset in the forest with the sunlight trickling down through the trees.
